Locally rooted and founded by Jesse Winters, Conservation Coffee was an idea formed from the desire to create fresh, flavorful coffee, and to do so in an ethical and sustainable way, while also supporting conservation efforts worldwide. Two years in the making, Conservation Coffee was designed to not only provide consumers with high quality and ethically sourced coffee, but to also give back and make a difference in the world. Our coffee is sourced from organic, shade-grown coffee farms who keep the environment in mind by implementing new and sustainable agricultural practices.

By partnering with the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, as well as Partners in Conservation, we can contribute to making a positive global impact and help ensure tomorrow. We locally source and roast all of our coffee from Java Central Cafe and Roasters, located in Westerville, Ohio and ship to your door for guaranteed freshness.

For every item sold, a percentage of the proceeds go back to Partners in Conservation to be allocated to a variety of worldwide conservation projects. Welcome to Conservation Coffee and thank you for being the difference!
